This site is owned and operated by Ticor Title Insurance Company ("Ticor Title") and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by Ticor Title and other sources, and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software without permission. You may download material from this site for your use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. 

Disclaimers 
Ticor Title takes reasonable measures to ensure the quality of the data and the other information made available on this web site. However, Ticor Title does not guarantee, and assumes no responsibility for, the accuracy, timeliness, correctness, or completeness of information available through this web site. If you are dissatisfied with any Ticor Title material, or with any of Ticor Title's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Ticor Title web site. 

License to Ticor Title 
By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you are granting Ticor Title a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:

use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication;

  sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.

The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction. 

Termination 
This agreement is effective until terminated by Ticor Title, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the online services and/or bulletin boards, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from and/or uploaded to the online services and/or bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive. 

Privacy 
Because your privacy is important to us, Ticor Title operates by these principles: The Ticor Title web site ("Site") is maintained by Ticor Title Insurance Company. We can be reached by e-mail at webmaster@FNF.com. We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). For example, Ticor Title asks you for your name and e-mail address if you wish enroll for Agency Services, and we also may request that you provide Personal Information to order our products and services. We use your Personal Information to operate Ticor Title, and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products from Ticor Title. 

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable the Site to relate your use of the Site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to the Site. 

If at any time you believe a Site has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to Webmaster and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem.

Other 
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. 

Using the Ticor Title Logo 
Ticor Title does not permit the use of its name in advertising, as an endorsement for any product or service, or for any other commercial purpose. Reproduction of any information contained herein may be made without limitation as to number provided that it is not distributed for the purpose of private gain and is appropriately credited to Ticor Title or its respective publications. Graphics, logos and content created by Ticor Title are the property of Ticor Title and may not be used without permission.

Except as Ticor Title may authorize elsewhere, non-Ticor Title web sites may use only the logo provided below ("Logo"). By downloading the Logo, you agree to be bound by these Policies.
 
You may only use the Logo on your web site, and not in any other manner. It must always be an active link to Ticor Title's Delaware Homepage at http://www.deticor.com. HTML code for the link is shown below.

The Logo includes the phrase "To Ticor Title", describing the significance of the Logo on your site (i.e., the Logo is a link to Ticor Title, not an endorsement of your site). You may not remove or alter this or any other element of the Logo. 

The Logo may be used only on web pages that make accurate references to Ticor Title or its products or services, and must be displayed adjacent to the reference or at the bottom of the same page. Your web page title and other trademarks and logos must appear at least as prominent as the Logo. You may not display the Logo in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or license by Ticor Title.

You may not use the Logo on any site that disparages Ticor Title or its products or services, infringes any Ticor Title intellectual property or other rights, or violates any state, federal or international law.

These Policies do not grant a license or any other right in Ticor Title's logos or trademarks. Ticor Title reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to use the Logo at any time. Ticor Title reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these Policies, infringes any Ticor Title intellectual property or other right, or violates other applicable law. 

Ticor Title DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGO, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
